What is XPS? XPS (extruded polystyrene) insulation board, is a new insulation material, which is a high quality foam product characterized by smooth skin with a closed-cell structure that looks like a mass of uniform bubbles with common walls between them. There are few, if any, voids between the cells, top and bottom skin. 1, The XPS Insulation Board Production Lines from HiSuccess International (Our Lines) are probably with most economical characteristics in the world, they are much cheaper than the lines with same capacities from Europe, perhaps only 10% to 20%. The final products from Our Lines are similar with the products from European lines. 2, Our Lines are the environmental friendship machinery. They can use 100% recycled materials, such as recycled EPS, GPPS. It can reduce the pollution from plastics. The lines from Europe only can use virgin materials. The prices of recycled materials are much cheaper than virgin materials too. 3, Our Lines can use several different combinations of different kinds of foaming agents, for example, 100% HCFC, such as: F22, F142b, 100%HFC, such as: F134a and F152, mixed HCFC and HFC. Our Lines also can use CO2 and Butane as the foaming agent, HCFC totally free, totally without the destruction of the ozonosphere. 4, Our Lines adopt twin screws in first extruder, involving coning twin screws and parallel twin screws, as well as single screw. Different combinations with different diameters and sizes of the screws of first and second extruders, we can get different capacities from 250 kg per hour to 1000 kg per hour. 5, Our Lines have lowest energy consumption in the world.
