DHC series fully automatic medicine packaging production line

This DHC series fully automatic packaging production line is composed of DPP series blister packing machine and ZH series Automatic Cartoning encasing machine. The production line can achieve automatic packing of medicines, health care products, and food products and so on.

On-line camera inspection system is assembled to reject unqualified blister which is lack of pills. Pneumatic manipulator ordered blister into feeding line which is head to magazine in cartoning machine. The cartoning machine will fold leaflet and push it with blister into cartons.

Each machine in this production line is controlled by PLC and HMI independently, also able to do intellectualized synchronous running, harmony movement, capability reliable. Optional S series automatic weighting machine, film wrapping machine (shrink packing machine) and encasing machine are available to form a whole packing line.
