The diplex exhaust sheet extruder is the first productive mix extruding sheet equipment in China. It is mainly used for cornstarch degradation sheet with filling of 65%-85%.
This machine provides good feeding performance, high extruding efficiency and excellent exhaust performance. It features low power consumption and even discharging. It provides high three-roll press polishing precision, good trimming and wide adjustment range. It shows advantages compared with traditional sheet equipment. It is competent to fill various high-polymer materials then making into sheets by mixing.
High-speed gear, host screw, barrel of this machine all feature brick architecture. Charging barrel is composed of several section ns including two groups of vents. The host also can be restructured as materials, process require to complete such processes as mixing, plastifying, cutting, exhausting, rolling, extruding, trimming, therefore eliminating the contradiction between generality speciality existing other similar machines, achieving multi-application in one machine, significantly saving cost.
