Description
Hitecmen CL primer series are reactive black base coating developed by our company's doctors, produced under the strict quality system control. It can react with moisture in the base material or the air, then solidify. On the one hand, it can promote the adhesion between polyurethane adhesive and base material; on the other hand, it can prevent the ultraviolet ray from damaging polyurethane adhesive.

Application
PR primer series are usually used together with PR cleaner series to improve the adhesiveness of polyurethane adhesive. However, PR primer series also can be used solely if the aforehand experiment is tested to be qualified. Because of the diversity of base material and the difference of operation condition, you are suggested to make the experiment in advance in order to choose appropriate primers (and the supported cleaners) to guarantee the bonding effect.
Usage
Cleaning the surface: take the appropriate amount of supported cleaner into clean and dry special container(timely seal the original packing). Use the clean absorbent cotton or other materials to dip the cleaner, clean up the grease and dust on the to-be-bonded surface, then completely dry(about 10 minutes, ranging with the temperature and humidity).
Brushing primer: completely shake up the primer, then take the appropriate amount of primer into the special container(timely seal the original packing). Brush a thin layer of primer on the cleaned surface with the soft wool brusher, then completely dry(about 10 minutes, ranging with the temperature and humidity).

Storage and Transportation
-keep away from water and moisture;
-keep away from high temperature and fire sources;
-the recommended storage condition: 0-25°C, humidity<50%RH;
-storage period: six months under the above condition and in original packing.
Precaution
-To do the experiment in advance is the necessary condition to guarantee the excellent adhesiveness;
-The primer poured out from the original packing must be used up in a day;
-Keep the brushing tool and container dry and clean;
-The unused primer can't be poured into the original packing;
-If there is gel or agglomeration in the prime, not to use it again;
-Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if carelessly, please wash them with a large amount of water and see the doctor;
-The recommended use condition: temperature 15-35°C, humidity 40%-80%RH; keep the working condition completely ventilated;
