Ideal drilling & marking machine for angles in steel tower industry.
Drilling heads upwards on the newly CNC angle drilling production line avoid the shortcomings
of the two production lines, Such as:(1)The first type drilling machine requires lengthening drill pipe, in order to avoid standing angles one side when changing the different drill bits, moreover
once installation can only single-side drill, so low efficiency. (2)The second type drilling machine:because the main spindle of drill is at the bottom, the cooling water will follow the drill
pipe down into the gearbox when the failure of the waterproof seal, which will cause corrosion of
parts, so that equipment can not be in normal use. Moreover, the installation of the machine
requires the pit depth for more than 1m. So cause large basis investment and cuttings cleaning
and maintenance of equipment is not convenient.
Its structure and principle are as follows:
this machine is made up of Block machine 1 (including the column a), ADS Rack 2, main
board 3, drilling head 4, the vertical layout of the guide rail 5, tilted 45 o layout of the guide rail
6, tilted 45 o layout drive screw 7, the servo motor 8, lifted oil tank 9, adjustable cushioning
device 10 and other major parts.
When working, angle b openings downward placed on the ADS Rack 2, drilling on two directions
from the top of angle with vertical into 45 o angle, as shown in Figure 3, on two directions respectively
layout a driving head 4, the drilling head 4 can be a single main spindle, 2 main spindle or 3 main
spindle (Figure 3 shows the three main spindles drilling head). Two drilling heads 4 layouts on two
sides or the same side of the main board, connected with main board 3 through the tilted 45 o layout
of the guide rail 6 and drive screw 7. Under main board layouts lifted oil tank 9, and before-and-after two sides vertical layout linear guide rail 5(As shown in Figure 4.), under the role of lifted oil tank 9, main board 3 can lift or drop, which
achieve angle b through and binder. The adjustable cushioning device 10 which under the main board,
playing cushioning role when the main board drops, which in order to mitigate the impact of vibration
of the main board, and to protect the main boards components from being damaged.
