There are three unit heads on this machine: one for web plate drilling(a vertical one and two horizontal unit heads for flange plate. Each unit head can work with the axes for drilling.

 

The three unit heads can work together. The main axe of the unit head is controlled by the hydraulic sensing. Speeding and fastreversing can be changed automaticly, no need to set the length of drill and the width of workpiece, increase of efficiency.

 

Electric motor and the speed reduce machine of the main axe are imported from SEW/FLENDER company in German. This made the performance of unit head in good status, high reliability, low noise.

 

Feeding-in with the servo-actuatorand the coders on front and back can work with long workpieces.

The CNC axes enable it to drill at three planes at the same time.
