It is a new developed machine to divide waste tires into tire treads, tire sidewalls, and tire lips.

Structure: frame, rotate mechanism, support mechanism and knife mechanism.

Principle: Use the tire bead as support point and place the tire on the support mechanism, then fix it tightly to the adjusting mechanism, then rotate the tire in a low speed by reducer. The knife can extend out and retract at ease. While the tire is rotating in low speed, the knife cut into the tire to cut it successfully.
