It is the machine to crush various rubber nubs into 20-24mesh rubber crumb.

Structure: Mainly consists of frame, base, from and back working rolls, gears, gear reducer, clearance adjusting system, lubricating system, emergency brake system, heating or cooling system, one vibration screen, and one conveyer.

Principle: Motor drive two rolls rotate reversely, forming crushing action. When the material is going between the two rolls, the rolls crush them into small pieces and crumb, falling to the vibration table, the bottom of the vibration table is a screen net, motor drive the vibration table reciprocate, the small crumb being screen out, the rubber pieces will be transported by the conveyer to be re-crushed.
