additives at certain ratio, could make the stretch film with single side adhesive or double sides adhesive; If different models of resins are used, through two extruders for co-extrusion, also could make two layers or three layers stretch film with one side adhesive or double sides adhesive.
* PLC control system is adopted in this plant, rolls is changed
automatically, automatic cutting, which is every safe and
convenient.
* Trim material recycle system, which conveys the recycled trim
material directly to the screw, which is automatically, cost save,
feeding system is completely automatically.
* The whole plant uses Inverter timing, equipped with forced feeding system and trim material recycled system; Heating temperature control system for the extruder adopts automatic temperature control meter with PID adjustment, which improves the precision; Heaters for the barrel is cast aluminum material, with fan cooling structure; Specially designed for automatic weighing glue mixing unit; Air knife(or vacuum unit) assures the effect of sticking to the roller, improves the quality of the final product; Friction winding equipped with automatic fixed-length alarm unit; Two sets of extruder and co-extrusion mould could be used to produce single side adhesive stretch film(co-extrusion compounding stretch film);
After some modifications, this plant could be used to produce PE film.
