1) Based on latest German technology, designed for extrusion of PPR pipes. The quality of pipes is tested to be in compliance with the ISO-DIS 15874-22-98 standards
2) Specially designed high efficient extruder for PPR: Equipped with imported reducer, grooved feed bush and BM screw which allow great output, lower melting temperature and lower energy consumption
3) Mould and die co-extrusion spiral die assures adequate material flow and more even internal pressure distribution and a static mixing system for option
4) Stable calibrator: Vacuum calibration and optimum cooling result due to special design and multi-section water membrane cooling which meets the requirements of thicker waft pipe or larger diameter pipe extrusion with high speed
5) Quality component reducer of extruder, DC speed regulator, frequency converter, PLC control system and jet printer are all imported.
