Overview                                               
J4000 Container type Asphalt Mixing Plants is the international advanced products manufactured with introducing the technologies of BENNINGHOVEN company by XRCMC. It is suitable for the Chinese market and is designed as the container-like structure according to the international standard. This design ensures the fast and safe transportation, make it be compact and reduce the floor-space. Because the advanced automatic control and supervisory systems are equipped, J2000 can work reliably.
 
Can be transferred and shipped quickly and safely                
The container-like modular design facilitates the transportation. Every modular complies with the Chinese Specification of Highway Transportation. The size is unified and will never exceed the standard height. Almost all the parts and components have been installed in the container, so the equipment can be shipped safely and transferred conveniently.
 
Accurate elementary feed proportioning system           
Feed proportioning system includes six cold material bins. Every bin is equipped with a frequency controlled speed-reducer and non-material alarm device, which are controlled by the computer of central control room. This system can automatically adjust the feed rate according to the requirements of production and gradation.
 
Non-foundation installation, adjustment and test is simple                 
The installation and test of the most of parts and components have already been finished before shipping, so there only need some simple connections in construction site so as to effectively save the installation time and guarantee the high performance of the whole equipment. Because it does not need to lay the foundations, the time of installation and trial run can be saved greatly.
 
Novelly designed drying system                             
The internal lifting blades of drier are specially designed. There covered an insulating layer outside the drier to effectively increase the thermal utilizations factor. The exhaut temperature at the end of the cylinder is below 120°W, The drier is directly driven by four speed reducers to make the structure compact. This design can increase the transmission efficiency and facilitate the adjustment. The burner is imported from BENNINGHOVEN Company of Germany. The turndown ratio of burner is 8: 1, which can fit all operating conditions. The control system has many monitoring points to ensure the safe and reliable burning. The useable fuels include diesel oil, heavy oil or residual oil etc. so the economical efficiency and adaptability are good.

Elevating system of hot aggregate                        
The container of hot aggregate elevator consists of elevator, stairs and caracole balustrades, so the structure is compact and robust. The driving system is equipped with the electromotor imported from Germany. The conveyor chain is equipped with the tensioning device and anti-reverse device.
 
High performance vibrating screen                             
Driven by double motors, the vibrating screen including six screens can satisfy the various gradation requirements. The vibrating shaft is installed outside the cover casing of the vibrating screen and the submerged lubrication is adopted to lubricate the bearings. These measures make the performance very reliable and facilitate the maintenance. The specially designed fixed-form of screen makes it quickly and conveniently to be replaced. The plugging device of the electromotor can eliminate the resonance as the vibrating screen is stopping.
 
Container of hot aggregate bin
The hot aggregate bin consists of six large-size bins in which the continuous level indicators are equipped. The method of two-time weighing is used to ensure the accuracy of weighing.
 
Weighing  and  mixing  system
The weighing sensors imported with original package make the weighing precision high and can satisfy the quality requirement of any engineering. The bitumen is sprayed into mixer by the spray pump of bitumen and the filler is transferred into mixer by screw conveyor to make he material entered mixer be more even, the mixing efficiency be higher and the mixing time be shorter. Specially designed horizontal twin-shaft mixer is driven by two motors to improve the mixing effect. The insulating layer outside the mixer can reduces the thermal loss and save the energy.
 
Filler  system            
New filler bin and recovery bin are installed in the modular framework. The disassembly and assembly of them are very convenient. Every bin is equipped with a continuous level indicator to display the storage capacity accurately. On the top of each bin, there equipped a pulsed bag dust collectors. The anti-agglomerating device ensures the continuous supply of the filler.
 
Heat conducting oil and Bitumen Supplying System       
The horizontal hot oil heating system is adopted to heat and keep temperature. Three bitumen tanks with the total volume of 163500L and the continuous liquid level monitors are equipped. The combustion control instrument and some other components are also the imported elements. Can automatically monitor the working state and ignite. The working mode of burner can be adjusted according to the temperature of hot oil.
 
High performance and environmental Dust Collecting System         
The specially designed first-stage inertial dust separator and second-stage bag dust collector have the simple structure and high efficiency.
The bag dust collector is designed as the flat bags. This structure is simple and the dust can be easily cleaned out. The filter bags are made of the fire-resistant NOMEX material, which obviously improves the service life and de-dusting efficiency.
 
Double-screen computer control system                  
The double-screen computer and PLC controller are used to accurately display the real-time working state and key parameters in order to control them effectively. Windows XP is used to make the operation simple and enables the teleservices function. The automatic fault diagnosis system is convenient for dealing with the abnormal circumstances accurately and duly. Bus control ensures the safety, reliability and extensibility of the control system.
