The production line is composed of HLJZ-25 Vertical vacuum double-speed dough maker, , primary flaking machine, and secondary flaking machine.

The line is used to produce fresh noodles, semidry noodles, wonton wrapper, and dumpling wrapper (for Semidry noodles: drying oven shall be equipped; and for wonton wrapper and dumpling wrapper: mould shoule be used for manually cutting).
