Double layers MCPCB

 

MCPCB, which stands for Metal Core Printed Circuit Board, is popular in LED PCB industry, because of its great heat thermally conductive performance.

 

A simple single layer MCPCB consists of a metal base (usually aluminum), Dielectric (non-conducting) Layer, Copper Circuit Layer, IC components and solder mask.

 

Double layers MCPCB is consisting of two layers of copper conductor, put them on same side of metal base (usually aluminum). The metal base is on the bottom of whole MCPCB, which is different from two sided MCPCB (the two copper layers were put on the top and bottom side of metal core respectively, so the metal core is in the middle of two copper layers).  

 

With the rich experience of MCPCB manufacturing, we can make the MCPCB at 2 OZ (normally _disibledevent="on">1 OZ), 3.0mm thickness, 2 layers, and the length can be 1,000 mm, ROHS compliance and the Surface finishing can be HASL(lead-free)/gold plating/Immersion Ni/AU/OSP. And the standard packing is: Inner packing: Vacuum packing/Plastic bag, and outer packing: Standard export carton packing.
