XPS sandwich panel is a horniness heat insulated material of extrusion plastic polystyrene. It is an extrusion of a mixture which extruded by polystyrene colophony and others additives. It is a product with whole close-hole beehive structure and with perfect continuous and uniformity surface, which produce under the continuous extruded line. The conjoint sides of the beehive structure are in so perfect equality thickness that will never appear a tiny interspace. The panel has the characteristics such as: high press resistant intensity, heat insulating, low water absorption rate, low vapor infiltration rate and long term service. It can meet the need of project after sandwich combined with metal panel.

Conformation: It uses fire-retardant extruded polystyrene as core material, and zinc-plated & color-coated steel sheets as the upper and bottom sheets. The panels are formed by heating and pressing with high-intensity glue through high-speed continuous forming machines.
