Card bodies are made of a four-layer structure. The overall thickness must be 0.7630mm.Both structures are laminated to obatin the proper surface finish and card structure.Figure-1 below illustrates the four-layer structure. The printable face is to be specified by the PVC/MODIFIED sheet supplier. The offset printing is done on side 1 for both sheets A and B. The sheet A and sheet B assembly is done by applying a silk screened thermal adhesive layer on side 2 of sheet A.
