Materials applicable: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cryogenic steel

Welding line applicable: various welding lines of spool pieces such as pipe-pipe, pipe-elbow, pipe-flange, flange-flange and flange-elbow, etc (a fake pipe transition connection shall be applied if necessary).

Driving System: driven by three-row stainless steel roller and worm-worm wheel (A1/A2) or driven by two-row rubber roller and reducer (A3/A4)

Clamping system: the electric clamping arm is adjustable; it clamps manually with screw double wheels. A chain tensioner could be equipped if necessary.

Bracket System: Separate type of trolley matching for welding machine, which may be adjusted along the track according to the length of the pipeline.

Adjustment Mode: manual cross regulator (for A1/A3) / electric cross regulator (for A2/A4)

Oscillating system: a product of our patented technology, driven by the common motor; non-defined oscillating width adjusting (for A1/A3)/ step motor driving and digital displaying oscillating width adjusting (for A2/A4).

Control system: a product of our patented technology, non～PLC control (for A1/A3) /PLC control (A2/A4).
