Application
Tongrui NRY Engine Oil Recycling machine is particularly suitable to regenerate used internal-combustion engine oil including diesel engine oil, gasoline engine oil and used hydraulic oil, other used machinery lubrication oil. NRY series are able to effectively remove colloid, oxid, acid, pitch, particles, impurities, water, gas in the used oil. Specially, NRY can restore the color of used oil and remove the scent rapidly.
Working Principle:
Waste oil is pumped into reactor through oil pump, adding certain amounts of flocculant and de-coloring additives into the reactor, mixing and heating. Then with electric-charged particulate becomes big one under the effect of coacervation in waste oil by physical-chemical reacts and sorption effects. At the same time, the gas and the water will be exhaust by the exhaust fan and condenser. After that, the oil enters into high precision strainer to remove off impurities; finally purified oil with regeneration like new oil.
