A.Photosensitive coating
Our coating is synthesized from imported photo-sensitizer and resin which provides the plate with outstanding run length, high stability, high sensitivity and wide latitude. Specially designed synthesis of photosensitive composition improves the resolution.
B.Hydrophilic treatment
Excellent hydrophilic property speeds up the ink-water balance procedure and helps to reduce water consumption during printing process.
Good water retaining capability prevents non-image areas of the plate from scumming and avoids paper from distortion. Thus, the printing quality improved.
C.Aluminium substrate
More than 180 sizes of ps plate available:
a) Width: 120 - 1,200mm
b) Length: 210 - 1,600mm
c) Thickness: 0.14 - 0.30mm

D.Anodic-Oxidized layer
A durable and strong oxidized surface formed after the anodic oxidation treatment on the aluminium substrate. As a result, the printing capacity of the plate is greatly increased. This layer also resists the corrosive effect done by the correction fluid.
E.Matte Surface
Tiny airway pellets on the plates surface shortens the vacuuming time during exposure. It also helps to prevent the image from dot loss.
F.Multi-Grains
Multi-Grains improve the hydrophilic property of the non-image areas of the plate. It broadens the ink and water tolerance.
The finest dots can be reproduced. The run-length of the plate increases because the coating adheres to the grains toughly.
Storage
1.store under dry(relative humidity no more than 65%) and cool(10-30OC) conditions. Keep away from chemicals.
2.place at dark room or under yellow light sources when opened.
3.shelf life: 18 months
Exposure
Effective wave-length: 320-450 mm (blue-ultraviolet light)
Optimal light source: gallium lodide lamp or ultraviolet light source
It is recommended to use UGRA PCW82 plate control wedge to fix the optimal exposure time.
