APPLICATIONS

1. The unit is widely used in the fields of power plants, power stations, power company, transformer substations, metallurgy, petrochemical industry, machinery, traffic, railway and other industries.

2. The unit is especially designed for spot overhaul of main transformer in the over 110 KV transformer substations and suitable for deeply purification and treatment of new insulating oil, imported insulating oil, current transformer oil, and extra high voltage insulating oil.

3. The unit is also available for injecting insulating oils under vacuum and drying for the transformer and for online working at spot.

 

TECHNICAL FEATURES

1. With high pumping speed double stage vacuum system and advanced degassing and dewatering system, adopted the mature film evaporation technology and large areas 3 D flash distillation technique to remove free and dissolved water, gases, hydrocarbon, and harmful matters quickly and effectively. It can recover the insulating fluid quality indexes and increase the flash point and breakdown voltage.

2. To vacuumize the transformer or fill in the transformer under vacuum condition during the overhaul or installation period at spot.

3. Precise filtration system with high quality filter elements, multi-stage filtration precision increase can effectively remove the mechanical impurities from insulating oils.

4. Electrical heating device is the optimized pipeline design, to ensure the unique heating and stable oil temperature. 

5. Automatic constant temperature control device, automatic liquid level control device, automatic defoaming device, automatic pressure protection device and excellent configuration can ensure the equipment in high performance.

6. Work online with unattended operation and the indicator lights display the running status.

7. The unit adopts the safety interlock device. The discharge oil pump, vacuum pump are interlock to the heating device to avoid adverse effect of misuse.
