APPLICATIONS

1. The model ZJG is mainly designed to purify various kinds of high viscosity lubricating oils used in the fields as mechanism, metallurgy, mine, petroleum, chemical, etc.

2. The unit can quickly remove free and dissolved water and gases, impurities, and harmful matters like volatile gases (ammonia gases) from used and waste high viscosity lubricants, to improve the oil quality and recover its working performance.

3. The unit can work both on line and individual treating the lubricant in oil tank to meet various kinds customer’s requirements of oil treatment.

 

TECHNICAL FEATURES

1.  To adopt special oil pump to delivery used oils.

2.  Unique degassing and dewatering system can quickly remove free and dissolved water and gases from used oils.

3.  Multi-stage filtration system with mesh and deep precision filtration elements and large quantity dust absorbing capacity can filter off tiny and fine impurities from used oil. The filtration elements has long service time.

4.  Electrical heating device adopts optimized pipeline design to ensure unique and stable oil temperature.

5.  Advanced automatic constant temperature control device, automatic liquid level control device, automatic defoaming device, automatic pressure protection device and excellent configurations to ensure high performance.

6.       Work online with unattended operation, the indicator lights display the running status.
