APPLICATIONS
1. The model ZJT is ideal for extending turbine oil life which is widely used in thermal generator set, hydroelectric generating set, nuclear power plant, industrial turbine set and other industries where is used the turbine oil.
2. The unit is widely used as dehydrator equipment for purifying the online turbine oil before the oil quality deterioration or the online turbine oil as gas leakage, water leakage, quality aging, high acid content, mass foam, and emulsification.
3. With high demulsified ability, the unit can quickly remove free and dissolved water and gases, impurities from used turbine oil and recover the oil quality index to meet the requirements of Quality Standard GB/T7596 for Turbine Oil In-Service.
4. The unit can work online to recover the emulsified turbine oil to limpid and clear under the function of demulsifying, dewatering, acid removing, impurities filtering to ensure that the units regulating system and lubricating system work normally, and prolongs the maintenance period.

6. Work online with unattended operation, the indicator lights display running status.
7. The complete set adopt interlock safety protection device, the oil discharge pump, the oil enter and discharge system, the vacuum system interlock to heating device to avoid the adverse effect of misuse.
