DBMIS prepayment management system is designed for Utility managing electricity consumption and customer. The system is developed under Windows 32 bit, equipped with Windows's MDAC data access part. And it run on MS Windows98 SE/2000/XP/2003 operation system.

* According to requirements of Utility and community, manage and analysis regional electricity consumption flexibly.

* Back up and update database regularly

* Good data statistics, can read and print kinds of report (e.g. daily transaction report, monthly transaction report, low purchase list and so on.).

* The format of invoice can be customized, and Utility can customize background picture by themselves.
