PC1325 cnc plasma cutting machine/plasma cutter

PC1325 desktop CNC plasma cutting machine is the representative product of our company. It is mainly designed for cutting small metal sheet and the valid cutting range is 1300-2500mm.

PC1325 desktop CNC plasma cutting machine adopts ballscrew intermediate driver, avoiding the swing of the beam follow-side caused by the bilateral drivers, and both sides use precise linear rail position. The beam is made of rectangle steel pipe, and driven with ballscrew and double liner rails. The whole working speed can reach 15000mm/min, and are suitable for cutting metal sheet of thickness of 0.6-10mm.

When plasma cutting, the steel plates are placed on the material supported shelf, but the level height is very different. In order to guarantee the cutting quality, we need to continuously adjust the relative distance between the cutting gun and the steel plate, therefore we configured it with arc-pressure height adjuster. When plasma cutting, there will be more dust generated, in order to reduce pollution, we installed water tank below the grid shelf of the table, and configured with water input/output values, the dust by cutting are mostly absorbed by the water.
