Work principles
SKJ series pellet mill are on the base of machinery circular motion and use motor or diesel engine as power to drive the driving-shaft. It passes gear to main shaft and flat die and rub press roller, which can make the frictional temperature (between press roller and flat die) to about 70 degree. Powder feed pass through high temperature passed, coagulate, under pressure of press roller, they come out of holes of flat die. Then cutters cut them and the final granules will roll out from hopper.
