The panel looks like sandwich.The surfaces are made of two color coated steel sheets and in between,EPS,PU,rock wool, phenol are as core material.By means of bonding agent between layers,then go through automatic forming machine with certain pressure,heating and solidification in short time.The two sides are covered with thin channel steel.

A.Application

The sandwich panels are new multi-purpose construction material. They display themselves with the characteristics of heat or sound insulation, light weight, water-proof, seismic resistance, good for decorative application.They are widely used in industrial or residential buildings as non-force bearing wall, roof and ceiling and as force bearing wall in single-storey prefabricated buildings. The major application demonstrates in the cleanroom systems as partitions or ceilings.The fields range form electronics tosemi-conductor, pharmaceutical, bio-tech and food processing.
