Specification and index:

Brix: 28-30%30-32%32-34%36-38%

Bostwick: Hot break, measured at 12.5% brix at 25 C for 30 seconds typically below 5 CM.

Cold break, measured at 12.5% brix at 25 C for 30 seconds around 7-9 CM

Color: Measured on Gardener Meter or Hunter Lab Scale as per customer requirements
