Our concrete truck mixer is developed by ourselves. We have different models, such as 8m3, 9 m3, 10 m3, 12 m3 . Adopted the imported Italy or Germany closed hydraulic system, motor, reducer, oil tank, radiator, filter and rubber hose coupling. The optimized design of mixing drum and spiral blades ensures wonderful concrete homogeneity, fast output rate, and low residue ratio.
Concrete Truck Mixer Advantages
1. Mixing drum materials
Mixing drum blades are made from the special close grain high-hardness steel plate B520JJ which is produced by Shanghai Baosteel. Based on the optimization design by computer, they are wearable/longer life/good performance and direct viewing shape. Double screw blades make sure the concrete mix very thoroughly/continuous discharge and not segregation. Service life is made an appointment with 8-10 years.
2. Mixing drum installation
Minor angle inclination has two advantages: 1. The gravity of the whole truck is low and stable. 2. It is good to extend the gear useful time.
3. Top materials
The top is made from Manganese, including sub-frame, front-rear part, charge-discharge device.
