1. Profile
This series batching plant mainly includes HLS100/150/200 type concrete batching plants, adopting the pipeline dust-remove, cement storage peak, and the steel structure adopts three-deck steel structure or the pattern of concrete bottom and two-deck steel structure. Choose 18° or 25° strap machine according to the field situation, and the batching part can be collocated reasonably according to different demands of clients. It is applied to larger than the medium scale project construction, the large and medium scale prefabrication products and commodity concrete manufacture.
Occupy small size, great appearance.
Equipped the function to utilize the sewage, reduce the manufacture cost and decrease the let of the sewage.
The mixer drive adopts the axis reducer drive, move stably, little shake, low noise.
The flyash adopts air flume (wind groove) feeding system, decrease the cost, reduce the noise.
Adopts Japanese SMC electronmagnetism valve, Toledo sensor, Schneider electric, improve the mixer's property greatly.
