Dual Jet Etching/cutting unit is a double surface etching machine which can easily eatch and cut any metal at the same time, as it is a chemical based etching process, All you need is to make a design in corel draw or any designing software, take a printout on transparency or butter paper
and put it inside our double exposure machine, which has a UV light, it will directly expose that design on metal plate.

Put that plate in double etching machine. This machine has a conveyrised roller system which increases the production drstically, you can control the depth of etching and it has a automated thermostat system controlled by titanium heaters.
It can cut Brass upto 1.2 mm
Copper upto 1.4 mm
Iron upto 1mm
