Impact crusher Operating principle:

Impact crusher is made up of rear case, rotor rack, hammer, impact rack, and frame. The rotor of impact crusher, equipped with hard hammers, rotates at high speed. The materials will firstly enter into the first crushing area where the hammer of the rotor will directly crush and throw the materials up to the first impact cavity which has many tough impact plates. Thanks to the shock of impact rack, the materials will fall on the hammer again and be crushed. This action will be done consistently till the materials are crushed to the suitable size and then are discharged through the discharging opening.

The space between rotor and impact rack can be adjusted in order to changing the crushing degree and the end product’s shape.

Thanks to the knocking work principle of impact crusher, the final product is with perfect shape (cubical and with several edges).
