The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of heat, oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers provide positive, wear resistant seals. High tensile strength, resistance to chemicals, hydrocarbons, and abrasion, long lasting service, and full interchangeability with other API designed pistons make Our Premium piston a sound value.

Material of the piston hub is 40Cr forging steel,After rough process, hardness is HB283-302 or HB 255-285.After intensive process, the surface will e phosphorated or oiled according to customers demand. If it is not specified,it is phosphorated.

Piston hub have sigle-acting abd doule acting. Outsaide dimension is according to customers requiement. Our standard size is D-0.08(-0.10-0),D is the liner nominal insiade dimension from 3” to 8”.
