Identification: The product yields the reaction characteristic for phosphates. Solubility: Soluble in water

Application: Used as main auxiliary of synthetic wash, soap synergistic agent, water softener, leather pre-tanning agent, dye auxiliary agent, and dispersant of suspension such as paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate drilling mud, preservative agent for paper making, organic synthesis catalyzer, and used in epuration of petroleum product, gum latex storage, as dispersant, solvent in metal industry and pharmaceutical industry, also widely used in gum synthesis, foodstuff industry, and poultry process.

Packing: Woven bag lined with plastic bag, net weight per bag. 25kgs or 50kgs or 1000kgs.

Storage: Avoid moisture and not be put and touched the open air.

Producing Method:

1. Wet process Converse ingredients in the phosphate rocks into their corresponding sulfuric salt and phosphoric salt. The liquid phosphoric acid is neutralized in next section into sodium pyrophosphate, then the phosphate to be condensed and polymerized into STPP.

2. Thermal process Feed phosphate rocks, coke and silicate rocks into an electric furnace to obtain phosphorus. The phosphorus is burned, and phosphorus pentoxide is formed. The later is hydrated and polymerized into STPP.
