Calcium Carbonate Additive for ABS-CNF5380

Products Introduction:
         Calcium Carbonate Additive for ABS (Product code: CNF5380) has China’s technology patent and we use compound inorganic particle mix with two high reactivity additive in the surface. We also use double packing film technology and made its surface has strong elasticity film. The inorganic powder actions by many kinds of reactivity and complex with special modified PE which are extruding by twin screw extruder become particle. This type of particle is mainly use for ABS product, which is also can use for HIPS, PS and AS products.

Products Characteristic:

1.  Good consistence and dispersal with PE.
Good capability of manufacturing and that is also improve the stable of production dimension.
Improve the products coloring and printing capability.
It is can recycle and reuse, environmental friendly and save ABS material.
  
  That is mainly use for ABS injection plastic products or press products. Better to add 5%-15% of total products weight.
Note:
Drying with PE before use or add our ABS anti-foam agent and mix equality.
If adding ratio is different then the adding temperature will be different. Usually higher 5-10c than pure PE.
Keep in dry, cool with good ventilation, better use within 6 months and could not use after one year.
