Performance of Pressure Vessel Steel Plate:
1. Steel purity: [P] < 0. 010%, [S] < 0. 005%, [N] < 70ppm, [O] < 15ppm, [H] < 2ppm, total amount of inclusions in steel < 20ppm high purity steel.
