CNC Drilling Machine for Beam BD1250
BD1250 (8 CNC Axis) is upgrated machine from BD1000 for processing larger size profiles, equipped with 3 drilling units. It can provide high efficient drilling capacity with wide range of hole diameters. All these 3 drilling units can work simultaneously on the web and flanges of the beam. There're two measurement discs which are equipped with encoders, being fixed front and back of the machine to measure the length for drilling. After drilling, the marking unit can mark pre-set characters on the flange with Max. depth 2mm, which will be clear enough even after HD galvanizing, shot blasting or other surface treatment.
FMCSOFT, which locates in Microsoft Park, Qingdao City, designed specialized software for BD1250, which can read (*.dxf drawings) and (X-Steel: *.dstv) directly, also support manual (increasement) input.
FMC Provide Material Handling System to suit different sizes of profile to combine with the BD series drilling machine for workpieces positioning.
