CNC Drilling and Marking Machine for Steel Angle TAL2532

Since there are higher tension power transmission  towers with large span and stronger loading capacity required to be built around the mountains, villages, some atrocious conditions area, also Steel angles with thickness larger than 20mm are gradually forbidden for punched by most Countries' Standard, FMC designed such Drilling & Marking system---TAL2532 for our clients. The machine is fitted with multi-spindle drilling system, marking unit, CNC carriage feeder, auto loading & unloading system.  TAL2532's max. processing capacity is up to 250 x 250 x 32mm.

FMC provide BSW and/or BBSW series Band-Sawing machine to combine with TAL2532 to be an integrated marking, drilling and cutting line.

FMCSOFT, which locates in Microsoft Park, Qingdao city, designed specialized software for TAL2532, which can read  (*.dxf drawings) and  (X-Steel: *.dstv) directly with batch processing capacity, also support manual (increasement) input. The machine operator just need to load all steel angles required for processing on the cross conveyor, and the machine which is pre-programmed would select aimed angles for processing.
