PDG1650 is a high-speed drilling system designed for processing pre-cut steel plates like, Splice plate, Flanges, etc.. There is an X-Y worktable with 4 working stations. The operator can load & unload workpiece from both sides of the worktable. Computer based control system can read Tekla drawings and Autocad drawings directly without mass manually inputting.
Machine can process steel plate with different shapes.High positioning accuracy with numerical controller ensures reliable precise operation.
Drilling of splice plates in pile ensures higher productivity. User can select H.S.S Drilling Spindle or Carbide Drilling Spindle equipped with the machine.
Auto Chips-Removal device fixed on the machine provides easy chip disposal.
