Introduction to Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump

This series of diaphragm pump is the latest type in domestic currently. It can be used to pump and suck up all liquids including various corrosive liquids, volatile, inflammable, explosive and virulent liquids with grains and high viscosity, ceramic glaze slurry, berry and glue or for the bottom oil recovery of oil tanker and temporary tank dumpin. Its performance parameters are similar as those of German WLLDENPUMPS and America MARIOWPUMPS. The flow-through parts of the pump body adopt four kinds of material: stainless steel, fluorine rubber, neoprene and Chemigum fluorine rubber, neoprene and Chemgium fluorine lining.

QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump adopts the compressed air, steam and industrial waste gas as the power supply, whose suction lift is 7m, lift head 0-55m and flow 0.8-40m3/h, being stepless adjustable.

The usages range of the diaphragm pump: BunaN rubber: petrol , machinery oil and other middle and weak acid
NEOPREN: all kinds of acid or alkaline liquid
fluorine rubber: acid , alkaline , Toluene and other Organic Solution
PTFE and FEP: strong acid , strong alkaline and other organic solution .
