Ultrasonic metal welder
1. Welding principles The ultrasonic metal welder is the new equipment which makes use of the high-frequency vibration and attrition principle of ultrasonic to convert the vibration energy of the ultrasonic into the attrition energy and transmit it to the metal surface requires welding for fully activating the metal structural molecules, so as to form fusion between molecular layers under the condition that the pressure is applied while the heat is produced by attrition.

1)Battery electrode flake: Single point, multiple point, single layer, multiple layer, quadrangular and strip-shaped welding of materials including nickel straps and copper foils, copper strips and copper foils, nickel straps and aluminum strips, aluminium-to-nickel, aluminum strips and aluminum foils, aluminum strips and aluminum covers, aluminum shells and aluminum-nickel composite strips.
2)Welding of automobile's collecting terminals, automobile's harness, motor terminals, relay flakes, electroanalysis and capacitance pole pieces, carbon brush flakes, heat emission support flakes, copper tubes, copper tubes and aluminum sheets, copper tubes and copper sheets.
