Background
JINGANG FORGE CO., LTD is a custom open die and rolled ring forging manufacturer. It is a privately owned company and was founded in 1993, employing a staff of 180 highly skilled workers that operate a manufacturing facility of more than 40,000 square meters (430,556 ft2). We are a member of CCMI (Confederation of Chinese Metal Forming Industry) and successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2000(链接) certification in July, 2007. The headquarters is located in Anshan, Liaoning province, China with a North America sales office located in Menomonee Falls, WI  USA.

The company is equipped with one 3,150 ton open die hydraulic forging press and two hammers (one 4.5 ton electric-hydraulic hammer and one 1 ton air hammer). There are more than 10 heating furnaces (10m/33ft long) and heat-treating furnaces combined. Over 25,000 ton of forgings are shipped from the company every year. Parts can weight up to 25 ton and as large as 14 meter (46ft) long. The products that are forged include mill rolls, main shafts, train shafts, connecting rods, gears and flanges. The quality forgings produced have served in many industries including Metallurgy, Oil, Mine, Machine tool, and so on. Many of the forgings have not only served in the Chinese domestic market but also been exported to United States, Canada, Germany, and Australia.

The company is conveniently located in the Anshan Teng-ao Special Area. It is only 1.5 km (1mile) away from Shenyang-Dalian freeway, 89km (55miles) from Shenyang, 300km (186miles) from Dalian sea port and 120km (75miles) from Yingkou Bayuquan sea port. We.
