The roller stabilizer (drilling reamer) is used for all kinds of reaming stabilization in drilling operation, especially the function of stabilization in drilling of the abrasive formation. It is a very popular tool for hole size from 4 5/8 to 26″. Additionally, it can be used in different hole when same body is equipped with different bearing block and roller. The body is made of modified alloy steel, fully heat treated to 285~341Brinell hardness and 54J minimum impact strength.
Rollers are available below:
1. Narrow-teeth type is used for cutting of hole wall for soft formation.
2.Wid-flat-teeth type is used for crushing into pieces of borehole wall for medium and hard formation.
