Uses:
1. In Food Industry:
It can be used as acidulate and pH regulator in fruit wine, beverage, meat, cake making, vegetables pickling, grain processing and preservation of the fruit. The main functions are to preserve and flavour. Tt has the flavor as dairy product and good function of anti-animalcule, can be used in yoghourt, cheese and ice cream.
2. In Medicine Industry:
L-Lactic acid can also be used as chirality intermediate material in pesticide and medicament. It can used in the operating room, Lab. PLA is the polymer of L-lactic acid;
3. Industrial Applications:
It can be used in ferment, tobacco, spining, leather making, and painting industrial. It is especially used as complexing agent in electroless nickel plating;
4. In Cosmetic Industry:
It used as the unit to keep moisture in face cream, air-care products, soap and shampoons;
5. In Agriculture products and Agriculture Industry:
It can be used in pesticide and in feed.
