Use Means

* Connect the AV adaptor to your iPod or iPhone. You may turn down the iPod/iPhone volume to avoid noise.

* Combine the 3.5mm-jack AV cable with the AV adaptor.

* Plug the yellow, white and red connectors of AV cable into the video and audio input ports on your TV or receiver.

* Turn on iPod or iPhone and your TV or receiver to start playing. Set your iPod or iPhone to send a video signal out to your TV or receiver.

* You can charge iPod/iPhone via the iPod dock connector or mini USB port when using the AV adaptor.

Warning: Charging iPod/iPhone via both the dock connector and the USB port at the same time is dangerous and forbidden.
