The broaching machine we manufacture has many performance characteristics, such as stable running, easy operation, high machining precision, high efficiency, energy conservation, small vibration, low noise, good dynamic and static performance, and others as following:
1. The whole structure and components of the machine tool have been finite element analyzed, and the structure has been optimal designed, with the stable static and dynamic, and excellent performance.
2. The machine tool adopts the dual-cylinder design, puts the workpiece’s broaching center and the cylinder’s center on the same plane, and dual-cylinder’s center symmetry and the broaching center are around the distribution center, subverts the moment of the torque to almost zero, which avoids the subversion and the noise of machine tool and ensures the machine's machining accuracy and the operating stability.
3. Our company is the first one to use the hydraulic closed-loop control system and the CNC system to analyze the feedback signal of displacement sensor to adjust the dual-cylinder’s out-of-synchronism during the operation of broaching, which solves the past common problem of the hydraulic machine (such as: stick-slip, subvert and other shortcomings)and improves the accuracy of the machining workpiece.
4. The machine tool’s design and style are novel. The protective structure contains the electronics, chip removal, cooling, lubrication and machine body altogether, which breaks the traditional design of broaching machine at home and abroad and increases the usage value.
Distinction between the upward and downward broaching machine
1. Different movement ways:
(1) Upward broaching machine: the pusher sends the workpiece to the worktable. When broaching, the workpiece go along with the platform to do the upward movement, but the broach keeps static. After broaching, the pusher puts the workpiece out and the platform returns to the original position, preparing to enter the next broaching cycle.
(2) Downward broaching machine: put the workpiece on the worktable, when broaching, the main tweezer takes the broach to do downward movement, and the workpiece keeps static; after broaching, take the workpiece out, the main auxiliary hydraulic system takes the broach to the original position, preparing to enter the next broaching cycle.

a. The machine tool adopts the "pit installation” and the operator can operate on the ground. ("Pit installation" means the user puts the part of the broaching machine to the pit for installation, according to our company’s foundation drawing.)
b. The machine tool adopts the "ground installation” and the operator needs to operate on the work platform.
