SWT-V series unique characteristics
l         SWT-V can monitor synchronously maximum three contacts. The linked PC can not only take test but also analyze, save data and print out the report.
l         SWT-VA can monitor synchronously maximum six contacts and print report immediately without PC’s assistance.
l         SWT-VB can monitor synchronously maximum six contacts. The tester can be operated by its own keyboard and save maximum 15 pcs test results that can be printed immediately. The test curve is displayed on the LCD screen. The PC is the alternative option to take test; it can read, analyze, save and print the data of the tester. SWT-VB is the real portable apparatus according with IEC new standards.
Product general functions                                      
1.         Accurate sampling technique, sampling frequency 40KHz, displacement peak value precision 16bits
2.         The tester has colour LCD screen that can display the controlling process, measurement result and print the results on the site.
3.         The tester has simple operation system with auto-test function. To test the general close, open and to display the entire process just need to press the test button once.
4.         The tester can automatically identify switchgear status (on or off) to avoid wrong operation.
5.         The tester can perform six test types of switchgears: close, open, close-open, open – t - close-open, open -t- close-open – t - close-open and close-open –t – close-open.
6.         The auxiliary contact spot instead of sensor is to take rough measurement.
7.         It is flexible to choose the sensor installed on any one of the A or B or C Phase of contact No.1or 2.
8.         There are alternative options to take measure: displacement sensor and angle displacement sensor.
9.         Test controlling ways include internal controlling, external controlling and manual controlling.
10.     The tester can measure accurately the current peak value and varied curve of the open and close coil.
11.     There are four definition modes: percentage of total travel, percentage of contacts’ distance, time and travel to respectively definite the contact moving speed to meet varies speed test requirements.
12.     The tester can directly and accurately measure the contacts’ distance.
13.     The tester can measure and display port waveform, rebound peak value, bounce, over-travel, over-stroke and so on.
14.     The tester can test the data of circuit breaker mechanical characteristics like time and speeds of opening and closing at the different time. It not only meets the old test standards but also new test standards.
