Working procedures

The product pass the conveyor stage, at this time, the product running with little flop to improve check precision. When product passing check stage, the high precision weight sensor change the weight into electrical signal, change weight signal into digital information by novelty hardware circuit, combine with high speed dynamic weigh software arithmetic technology, to check the weight of the product quickly and correctly.

Then, display the result on the touch screen, the machine will do correspond dispose according to error range. (The product beyond the range will be eliminated out of the production line)
