In this production line, raw batching system is adopted (batching plant and cement measuring device), which increases the batching ratio accuracy of raw material, thus improves the quality of concrete; it can also effectively prevent cement from being wasted, reducing the cost of customers.
All equipments are controlled by central PLC system, easy to operate. Just need one workers to operate batching system, mixing system, block making system and stacker.
The production line is very good for medium investors to start block business. The whole factory need about 7-8 workers. The flow of work is as follow:
1. One worker sends the aggregate into hoppers of batching plant by wheel loader. And then the batching plant can measure all the kinds of aggregate automatically and correctly.
2. One worker operates all the machines in the control room.
3. When the blocks are stacked layer by layer, 2 workers transport them to curing area by hydraulic lift or forklift (2 sets).
4. After one day in curing area, the blocks have strong enough and the 4 worker transport them into storage area and after 25 days, the blocks can be used.
