Property
l Suitable for cotton, hemp and their blends, in scouring and bleach process together with hydrogen peroxide only.
l Strong defatted power, efficiently remove resid, knitting oil and spinning oil from fiber.
l Great oxydol stability , can avoid pinholes in the fibers.
l High efficiency of intenerating water, chelate heavy metal ion effectively.
l Hemp and hemp blends after bleaching will become whiter than conventional operation, no requirements to adding caustic soda, so it can prevent reducing intensity of hemp.
l Applicable in light color fibers.
Application
Dosage according to fiber type and equipment. It is about 2~4g/L. Reference as follows:
1. C or T/C, scouring and bleaching in one bath
35% H2O2 5cc/L SE 2~3g/L
M:L/R: 1:10~15 95℃～100℃* 30～40minutes. hot washing,cold washing
2. Hemp, scouring and bleaching in one bath
35% H2O2 10~15cc/L SE 3~5g/L
M:L/R: 1:10~15 95℃～100℃* 40～60minutes. hot washing,cold washing
3. Cotton knitting, scouring & bleaching & dyeing in one bath
Direct Dyestuff X%(dyestuff shoud compatible with Oxydol)
35% H2O2 5cc/L SE 2g/L
M:L/R: 1:10~15 95℃～100℃* 30～40minutes. hot washing,cold washing
Shelf life: 12 months, in hermetic container under normal condition
