Shaoguan Berae Filters Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing sintered stainless steel wire mesh. The standard structure of sintered stainless steel wire mesh consists of a protection layer, a control layer, a dispersion layer and two reinforcing layers. After sintering, the five-layer filtration media have superior mechanical strength and durability. High surface filtration accuracy ranges from 2μm up to 100μm. Good heat resistance of the materials can be used from -50oC up to 550oC for continuous services. The filtration media are fully cleanable and reusable with standard methods, such as on-stream back-pulsing, ultrasonic, chemical or high pressure water jet cleaning. Shaoguan Berae has also the ability to manufacture different configurations of multi-layered wire mesh composites upon special request by our customers.
