Main Application
Precision cylindrical grinder is provided with hyd control, and single-phase SCR D.C. speed-regulating system, etc. It is suitable for grinding precision shafts. Orifice-throttle relieving is adopted for lubricating the worktable. The dia. Of wheel spindle is larger and its motor power heavier. The wheelhead oil-tank temperature rises at low fluctuation, and the grinding rate is high. Worktable longitudinal travel, wheelhead rapid advance & withdrawal and wheel auto intermittent feed are all actuated by hydraulic means. The grinder is equipped with worktable manual-control mechanism, wheel-head manual feed mechanism and pedal tailstock-center retraction device. Workpiece, wheel, oil-pump and coolant pump are respectively driven by their individual motors.
